Welcome to MarshCoast.com! Let me tell you a little about the CEO of Marsh Coast Investment Real Estate, Inc. Terry Barnard grew up in Glennville, Georgia about 50 miles from the Coast of Georgia. He spent many hours in summer vacations as a young man camping and fishing from the banks of Sutherland Bluff located on the Sapelo River in North McIntosh County. Out of these childhood experiences Terry developed such a passion for Coastal Georgia, especially Shellman Bluff, that as an adult he purchased several properties in the area including Sutherland Bluff and White Chimney Creek where he and his wife Susan have their weekend home on the banks of the river. He is a graduate of Atlantic Coastal College with a degree in Medical Technology. He used his degree fresh out of college to become employed for a medical doctor in heart research. After several years, Terry left the medical profession to get experience in the business world. For the past 20 years he has worked as an officer in banking and finance, and started and sold several sucessfull businesses to include retail sales and dry cleaning. In 1994 Terry was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives where he currently serves as the Chairman of the State Properties and State Institutions Committee in the House. As a Georgia Legislator, he has worked tirelessly to promote good business legislation that seeks a strong balance with environmental issues on the Coast of Georgia. His vast knowledge of real estate and negotiation skills comes directly from his personal experience with the many properties he has purchased for investments. In 2006, Terry has taken his love for the Coast and Georgia Waterfront Property for Sale, and his ability to build healthy relationships along with his vast knowledge of real estate to establish a new real estate firm on the Coast of Georgia known as Marsh Coast Investment Real Estate, Inc. He enjoys enteracting with his clients and looks forward to working for you on the very smallest to your largest real estate transaction. Now here is a personal word from the President & CEO.
